1. [Q] Do I have to wait until payment is complete to get access to my hosting account?
[A] No, you do not have to wait. Your account is created right after you submit your form to us, and you can login and start to configure it right away.
2. [Q] How do I get support from you?
[A] In order to get support from us, you must login to your Web Administrator Panel, select your domain name and then go to Support Center from Your Account section and choose Create a Ticket.
3. [Q] Is there a guide for my Web Administrator Panel?
[A] Yes, just login to your Web Administrator Panel and press Help button on top of your screen.
4. [Q] If I exceed traffic limit for my website is my account locked?
[A] No, your domain will still be available. We designed our hosting plans to have enough resources for our customers, so this will usually does not happen. If your domain exceeds traffic limits on many months, we will come with a solution for you, proposing you a different hosting plan that will still be affordable for you.
